Balfour Extends its Services With New Adelaide Office
Balfour Homes has gone from strength to strength in 2021. And we’re not surprised. Balfour Homes has been able to do the unthinkable and streamline the home buying process.
We had our humble beginnings in Byron Bay only at the start of 2020. The year that everything unfolded, and the property industry took a major hit. As the pandemic sent so many businesses into a state of panic, our easy-to-use and fast method has our customers in their dream homes in almost record timing.
From our Byron HQ, we’ve extended our services to Sydney and are excited to bring the Balfour Homes’ experience to South Australia.
This month we’re throwing open the doors on our first Adelaide office, headed by Brooke Thom.
Brooke comes to the Balfour team with not just a history of sales, but an unbridled passion for it.
Coming with formal education with a Cert IV in Travel & Tourism, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and a Diploma in HR Management, she was the perfect start to help grow our South Australian offering.
“Working in sales isn’t a job or a career. It’s a lifestyle. And for me it’s not something I can just switch off.” Said the new Adelaide division manager. “I have a genuine passion for helping people and pride myself on my customer service.”
Brooke felt like an ideal fit for our young and exuberant business. She describes herself as an eagle. Driven, passionate, self-motivated, task-orientated. Never one to back away from a challenge, she’s all onboard to ensure our customers are given the best service to find their home.
In her short seven-month tenure at Balfour Homes, she has managed to have a record breaking 9 sales in one month.
